TourTripX acts as a facilitator for travel services, and our commitment is a seamless experience for every guest. Please read this refund policy carefully to understand the terms associated with refunds.

The facilitator model

How refunds
are processed

Refund processing

TourTripX facilitates services provided by independent contractors and service providers. Any refund request for services not delivered by the respective provider is contingent upon TourTripX first receiving the refunded amount from that service provider.

User responsibility

Users acknowledge that TourTripX is not liable for any delay in the refund process or non-refund of amounts by service providers or independent contractors. In the event of non-delivery of a service, users should contact the relevant service provider directly for refund claims.

Accommodation changes

If you make changes to your accommodation during an outbound tour, TourTripX will not provide refunds or compensation for those adjustments. You will be responsible for any additional payment arising from the change.

Refund delays

If a refund is delayed beyond the specified period, TourTripX’s liability is limited to the refund of the amount with interest, calculated at the applicable bank rate until the date the refund is processed.

Liability limitation

We aim to facilitate smooth transactions, but cannot guarantee the actions of independent contractors or service providers. Users are encouraged to review each provider’s specific refund policy and address refund-related concerns with them directly.

Delivery &
return policy

Document delivery

TourTripX primarily deals in travel services and does not have a traditional shipping policy. Instead, we deliver e-tickets, itineraries and other travel documents through secure online channels — you will receive your documentation by email or via our online platform.

Return policy

As the services we facilitate are typically non-returnable, TourTripX does not operate a traditional return policy. Please review the details of your booked services, including the cancellation policy of each provider. In the event of cancellation, follow the specific cancellation procedure outlined by the service provider to manage any refund or adjustment.
