The terms below govern every Mathura Vrindavan tour, transfer and booking arranged through VrindavanMathura.com, a TourTripX venture. By confirming a booking you accept them.

Bookings

Payments &
confirmation

Payment terms

To confirm your booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total trip amount is required. The remaining 70% is payable at least 24 hours before the start of the trip, or earlier where possible. Prompt payment helps us lock your hotels, car and guide and ensures a seamless experience on your journey.

Changes & modifications

We understand that plans change. If you need to adjust your itinerary, contact our support team as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Changes are subject to availability and may carry additional charges where suppliers revise their rates.

Travel documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents — Aadhaar card for Indian nationals, valid passport and visa for international visitors, and any photo identification — are current for the duration of your trip. Any cost or inconvenience arising from inadequate documentation is solely yours.

Hotels, car &
your belongings

Hotel check-in & checkout timings

Our partner hotels follow a standard check-in at 1:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. We request your cooperation in observing these timings. Early check-in or late checkout may attract additional charges as determined by the hotel’s daily tariff.

Car timings

The car service is available for up to 10 hours per day. For example, if your day begins at 8:00 AM, the vehicle is at your disposal until 6:00 PM. Use beyond the allotted hours may result in additional charges, so we request you keep to the planned timings.

Responsibility for personal belongings

Please keep your personal belongings safe throughout the trip. While we prioritise your comfort and security, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to your belongings inside the hotel, the car, or during temple and sightseeing visits. We recommend caution and vigilance at all times.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, medical emergencies or trip cancellations. We are happy to point you to reputable insurance providers on request.

Cancellation & refund policy

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary by package and by the service providers involved. We will help you with any applicable refund, but please note certain non-refundable expenses may already have been incurred on your behalf. Full details are in our refund and returns policy.

Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control — natural disasters, civil unrest or government-imposed restrictions — we reserve the right to modify or cancel your trip. We will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives or refunds, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from such events.

Liability disclaimer

VrindavanMathura.com does not provide insurance cover for accidents, illness, death, theft or any other incident, and we recommend visitors arrange their own cover. All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.

By participating in our program or yatra, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. You agree to take part at your own risk and understand that neither you nor your dependents will be eligible for compensation in the event of accident, illness, injury, mishap or death, and you release the organisation, its staff and agents from related liability. Your advance payment signifies consent to this disclaimer.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any dispute or claim arising from or related to our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
